Hot Plate Welding Is a Widely Used Technology for Bonding Plastic Materials. Hot Plate Welding Is a Multi-Step Process, Hot Plate Welding Machine Uses Plc System.
Infinity Automation is a renowned manufacturer of Hot Plate Welding Machine. It is ideal for different welding applications. Its prominent features like ease of use, durability, performance etc. make us one of the foremost Hot Plate Welding Machine manufacturer in the market. Our Hot Plate Welding Machine uses PLC system which in turn makes the machine more reliable and safe. In addition to this, our hot plate welding machine saves manpower & enhances efficiency.Hot plate welding is the process of joining two parts of a plastic component using heated plate. Hot plate welding, also known as mirror, platen, or butt welding, is used for welding injection-moulded components in automotive applications like Head Lamp and also extensively used in joining plastic. The process uses a heated metal plate to heat and melt the interface surfaces of the thermoplastic components. Once the component interfaces are sufficiently heated, the hot plate is removed and the components are brought into contact to form the weld. An axial load is applied to the components during both the heating and joining phases of the welding process.
